A return voyage with Djupviks Elektronik “Beneath The Bush Of Ghosts”, an unusual quad looping sampler based on old answering machine chips. Rather than try to mask the clicks, bumps and warbles that are part of this instruments charm, I’ve tried to accentuate them with deep layers of reverb to make the transients blossom and bloom. This release endeavors to reach that sweet spot where attention is not required but is deeply rewarded.
